Sugar factory SLADORANA d.d started manufacture at 1947. Rudimentary capacity of manufacturing sugar beet was 1.400 t/day and thanks to constantly investment this capacity grown up to 6.000 t/day, with constant grow of sugar beet quality.

Yearly production of sugar EWG II quality is cca 80.000 mt and about 80% of this production goes to EU market. Sladorana d.d. act on market under brand “Sladonia” from the year 2006.

At the year 1979. inside the factory starts to work drive for alcohol production which daily capacity is cca 30.000 l.a.a. of refined ethyl alcohol min. 96,3% and 4.000 l.a.a. of technical ethyl alcohol min. 93%.
